DEMONSTRATING THE HEART OF A LION

To have 65% Clubs engage in one signature sustainable project

KNOWING THE PRIDE

To have 50% of clubs implement inter clubbing/twinning;

Intra-club activities for team building and knowing each other
GOAL 3
LIONS ROARING- LEADERSHIP

To have 25 Lions complete the Emerging Lions Leadership Institute Program;

To have 25 Lions complete the Virtual Training Leadership Institute Program

To have 4 Lions complete the Advanced Lions Leadership Institute Program;

To facilitate the training of 20 Guiding Lions in the District;

To have 2 Lions complete the Faculty Development Institute Program;

To have 2 Lions complete the Lions Certified Instructor Program (LCIP)
GOAL 4
THE LIONS FAMILY- MEMBERSHIP

To ensure that Lions Clubs with membership under 20 bring the membership to 20

To Challenge Clubs to retain the membership – (Lose one, add two)

To have 29 Clubs increase their membership by 1

To have at least 24 Clubs engage in programs to improve the membership experience

I AM BECAUSE WE ARE- LCIF CAMPAIGN 100

To have 500 Lions become personal contributory Lions

Our emphases this year will be on:
THE FAMILY
- We Lions and Leos must recommit to each other and the family concept
- Remember who you are, why you serve and whom we serve
THE YOUTH (THE LEO PROGRAMME)
- Connecting with the youth
- Encouraging their ideas and trusting their judgement
- Allowing them to lead
- Be willing and eager to let them participate and have them teach us the older Lions
- Facilitating the growth of more of our Leos
- Refreshing our ranks with young blood and energy
DIABETES
- Leading cause of death and disability in the Caribbean
- The largest service organization must be more impactful in its contributions in this area
- Innovative projects to be supported with Grant applications
TRAINING
- Educate- utilise both traditional and non-traditional areas in support of our members in the District
- Widen the scope of training beyond District Position training
- Self development
- Financial planning
- Succession Planning
